Our granddaughters live in Pittsburgh and we make several trips a year from New Orleans. Now that Breeze has flights available between the two cities, we are considering trying them out.
Has anyone had any experience with Breeze?
Thanks for any feedback.

I’ve flown them and silver airways each once outta New Orleans. No issues and everything on time.

Flew Breeze from NOLA to Charleston recently. Flights were good, seats were comfortable and roomy. A few in my group had luggage issues though...one on the way there, and one on the way back.

I’ve had friends who have used them and said they’re fine. Just be aware they don’t usually provide daily service & usually a single flight. If weather causes a delay or cancelation, you could be waiting for days for your next flight.

I'd rather fly one stop non-direct with plenty of daily flight options than box yourself in with one non-daily flight. You have to be careful using those airlines. When it goes smoothly it's great but when it doesn't, which is often, it's hell.

I’ve flown Breeze a few times. Always manages to be delayed; but, I get there and they offer direct routes to some places others won’t. My trip from TPA to Louisville last week cost me $39 each way.

When everything goes right, they're fine. When IRROPS happen you may be stuck a few days as they don't run daily flights in many markets.

Airline is run by the same guy that did JetBlue, TAP Portugal and Azul

They are just like any of the airlines.

Seriously.

I used them to go to charleston before and will use them to go to orlando.

So far youve heard delays and luggage issues.

Yeap, every other airline.

I did the MSY to CHS flight round-trip. No issues at all for me.

It's no frills and gets the job done.

Like many have mentioned, any small airline like this is great when it works. Just have a backup flight already planned if not booked to mitigate your risk.

So airline is fine as long as you book a second flight , wtf is the point then?
