Where are you staying?

Airbnb in Moab just south of town
we’ll have three nights four days to see them both

I hate running and gunning on vacation but it looks like we will have to do that there. Appreciate the advice about the evenings we might just do that. Maybe concentrate on canyonlands during the day and hit arches at night

We did Zion today. Had 7 AM shuttle ticket reservations, so we could bypass the standby line. We were at the visitor center parking by 6:20, and the standby line was over 2 hours at that point.

Angels Landing looked like a long wait inside the park, but nothing else seemed crowded.

We went back to the car about 2:00 and the shuttle line to get in was empty at that time.

We did Kolob Canyon this morning. Hardly anyone there and great views of Zion! I live 30 minutes from Kolob Canyon and love the part of less crowds!

So glad we did the "Mighty Five" parks last year during COVID down time. Crowds in The Narrows, and on trails, parking, etc. was bad enough then. Can't imagine it now.

A little worried about our upcoming Grand Tetons and Yellowstone trip this July, but at least we have lodging on-site, which should help...

We are heading to Moab (taking the SxS) then going to Zion and some other stuff.

My wife and her cousin did all of the planning. I think we leave in a month but I really have no idea.
