BATON ROUGE – Quarterback Diego Pavia threw for 160 yards and ran for 86 to lift No. 18 Vanderbilt over No. 10 LSU on Saturday afternoon at LifeBank Stadium, 31-24.

With the loss, LSU falls to 5-2 overall and 1-2 in the SEC.

You missed a pretty important $2.5 mm (Baker) and $950k (Sloan). Over $21 million dollars (for players and the top three coaches) just doesn’t go as far as it used to, I guess.

We Bama folks tried to tell you they were no joke. To me, they are better than Georgia. Pavia is a bitch to stop and they have players now at all spots. NIL and the portal are doing what they were supposed to. A 9-3 record for anybody now is what 11-1 used to be. Nobody is an easy out anymore.

Our offensive line sucks, play calling sucks, defense isn't disciplined, and our coach is severely overrated. We spent all that money in the portal but couldn't upgrade our offensive line. Smh
