Former NASCAR star Danica Patrick is finally opening up about her relationship with NFL QB Aaron Rodgers....

"We kept in touch a little bit, and there were some years we didn't talk to each other, and then some every now and again, but it wasn't until obviously recently that we actually had phone numbers," Patrick said, via PEOPLE. "We referred to each other as Chicago and Green Bay — it was very cute."

"I've learned a lot and as broken open as I was on the sad end, I have felt so much joy in so many more instances and so many more unlikely places than I ever have, so it's like my heart got broken open to both ends of the spectrum," Patrick said.

While on "The Sage Steele Show" this past Wednesday, Patrick accused Rodgers of being "emotionally abusive."...
