Another story in the Spider Shepard series. Shepard and his British SAS unit have been called upon by the US to rescue two hostages held in Egypt. The US cannot mobilize Dellta Force quickly enough so the government asks the Brits to us SAS which is already in the area.

Project Hail Mary

I know a lot of people here have read and loved it and shockingly most everyone on Amazon agrees and it’s hard to get that many people to agree on anything

I have high hopes

Just finished The Troop by Nick Cutter. I thought it was okay, but if you enjoy gory horror then you'll probably enjoy it more. 3/5

About to start Cormac McCarthy's Border Trilogy

It was a damn good book. I liked the audio version more than print. There are no slog chapters and the ending was satisfying.

Same here. I liked it but didn’t think it was anything super special.

Now I’m listening to Dan Carlin podcasts. Doing the Alexander the Great ones now.

Just finished "Foundation and Empire" (great ending as the book was a bit of a slog) and immediately started Second Foundation.

Just finished Shogun by James Clavell so I can finally watch the Fx series. The book was outstanding- looking forward to reading the rest of his Asian saga books.

Just starting reading Theft of Swords by Michael J Sullivan (book 1 of Riyria Revelations)

Ok ok ok

This one blew me away. Got kinda bogged down with the heavy science stuff and space jargon/lingo but I just finished it and the ending was fantastic. This absolutely delivered

Hard Landing

That's the first book in the 21 novel series featuring Spider Shepard as an undercover operative. You'll end up reading all 21 books in the series and then start on the Spider Shepard series during his SAS days.
