Because Frank Wilson is terrible at in-game management. He was constantly looking to Thomas for decisions.

Are you taking my opinion as some sort of fact? That was just a guess. Unlike all the users here, I have no sources. I just read message boards..
Was just using logic of familiarity since both were there previously. Hell, Bolden barely had time to unpack. I have no idea what Golding wants to do.
