I'm a relative know-nothing that is going off of thirdhand inside info, but I'm hoping Sexton is posturing extremely hard. I've been inclined to think any "news" would be negative before it got positive throughout the negotiations until we get to the announcement. Sexton has an incentive to make us as desperate as possible.
That, and every indication I've heard is that Miles is completely out. So the OC without his input thing seems unrealistic.
