I don’t have a problem with him if Lane wants him, but he is absolutely not needed. You do not in any way have to have him to be successful. Plenty of good young defensive line coaches around. Frank can handle the recruiting.

I’ll wait to see if Lane actually takes the job, before caring whether or not Frank remains on staff. I hope he does, but LSU has to find a head coach first.

Amen!

Hopefully Lane is trying to get the old gang back together. Those three can bust up some recruiting.

You let Kiffin hire who he wants, or he'll hire them anyway, just for a different team.

Orgeron may be a major hurdle due to some of his actions like hitting on someone’s pregnant wife and other shenanigans. Maybe he could do some sort of apology tour first and maybe they could get it done

Lane will pick his entire staff regardless of what the BOS or some booster says. No coach is going to go to a school that has coaching staff ultimatums.

I:m sure recommendations will be given but Lane will pick his staff. Period!

You misspelled Ryan Clark.

O deserves criticism for chasing skirt and not focusing on football.

That being said, losing 20 guys to the draft/ufa, trying to manage that loss with NO spring practice, and Ryan Clark sandbagging him through the (only) blm shite would have been a lot for Saban to handle.

O can recruit.

If Lane is hired, and he wants him on the staff…

Frank is a fine RB coach and recruiter. He’s just not a head coach.

I like how our fans go overboard one way thinking that maybe he could the head job, then want him completely fired after he shows he’s not a good head coach.

It's crazy.

Do people not remembering him laughing about getting the buyout and quitting?

Meh

Watching Nate Sheppard run at Duke has me highly questioning his evaluations.
