I agree, but you have to keep finding them is my point. I have the same exact concern with Key + King & Lea + Pavia. Kevin Sumlin looked like the next big thing when he had Johnny football. He got several big time QB recruits after that... look how that turned out? Odds are that at least one of those three that I mentioned is more of a "lightning in a bottle" situation like that.

Kevin Sumlin was being talked about as a top 5 coach in CFB when he had Johnny football. He pulled multiple highly rated QB recruits after. Do you remember what happened to Kevin Sumlin after Johnny football?
You're literally a fan of LSU who had maybe the ultimate lightning in a bottle coach, Ed O. Gene Chizik with Cam. It doesn't matter if you can find it once, you have to keep finding it. That's the point. Can Dillingham? Maybe.

You can do this song and dance and find reasons to shite on all but a very select few coaches out there...and those guys aren't going anywhere. Hiring coaches is always a crapshoot, you just have to find your guy, do your homework and hope for the best. Unfortunately there are no guarantees , BK was as safe a hire as you can make and should have worked by all available information at the time and clearly it didnt.
