Fine, but OP said he "closed on a house yesterday". It takes the title company a week to get their stuff together. When that's done, they typically schedule you at least a week out for closing.

I’ve closed cash sales within 24-48 hours of receiving the purchase agreement.

For real. Anyone??

There's one near Kim, but i just asked the builder and he said wasn't Kiff. The thing is, he likely purchased a few homes I would imagine. I could see him buying one for his brother, one for the ex, one for himself.

If you are paying cash you can close in a day. I've done it. No inspection.. just need a title search..ok 2 days.

there's been 1 house, in EBR, over $1 million, since 11/19 that has gone pending... it's a nice house, but not like really nice...

so, personally, i think they are likely still shopping...

he can go buy miles' old house in bocage or sabans off highland.

I thought CKM lived in Bocage close to Les Miles’s old house.

Can be hard to find that way considering he will most likely buy under a trust name.
