So no matter what happens, you can claim you were right?

Ole Miss won their first top 25 road game THIS year under kiffins regime. Yet some of you simpletons think ole piss and LSU are the same??? No they’re not and it’s not even close.

They probably wouldn’t even have to match LSU/UF’s offers. Coming a million or three within those offers with a nice extension would probably be enough.

I’d bet Ole Miss doesn’t get a couple of million dollar discount. They will pay the full amount or lose Lane.

LSU is definitely being played if they’re upping the ante for Kiffin unless they’re just doing it to flush Ole Miss money out

Aren’t you the guy who posted screenshots of texts saying Tom Herman was a lock to LSU?

If anything this raises the percentage of Kiffin signing here

And yet most idiots on here are gonna believe this fool.

We’d all love Lanning but being #1 a sounds like an intentional mislead of information

In the beginning he was 100% the #1 choice. Now, not so much. Not because of anything LSU did. Things change. From what I’ve been told, I’d be shocked if Baker is here next year. He’s already had his interest gauged on backfilling Drinks job in Mizzou.

Yeah get that lol. The reason I posted that was because the page had about 3 posts saying it was a Done Deal when I knew for a fact that it wasn’t. Still isn’t. Florida has matched LSU’s offer. Hence why I also said it felt like LSU was getting played. OM, UF and LSU are being pitted against each other to squeeze as much juice as possible. Lane and representation knew this would happen that’s why he’s been sitting on his extension for a month now.

Jimmy Sexton has routinely played LSU for raises for his clients since at least 1999. Why would this time around be any different?

My nephew is getting recruited by SEC schools. He went on some visits and this is what he was told this weekend. Lane is taking the LSU job. Golding will take the old Ole Miss job. He’s already preparing his staff. Auburn is getting the Tulane coach. The reason LSU is the choice is because Lane is keeping his family in Oxford and it’s close by and he feels like he can recruit better at LSU in Florida without in-state competition. Tifwiw which is not much.

Still need to see if Golding stays and Sumrall goes to Auburn. But good nugget nonetheless.
