I think he wants out of Penn State, but there just aren't many other big jobs like that he can jump to.

What? At Penn State he didn't get similar talents that LSU gets every year. Location is key. That is why a good HC at LSU will get better talents than if he is at Penn State. Many on here have been saying better talents are in the South than up in the North.
