So he signed the extension that Ole Miss offered? I haven’t been able to find the reports just yet. I’m sure they will come out soon!

It does NOT defy logic.
The man wants to win multiple natties and he knows damn well that will be much easier at LSU than at Ole Miss.
He HAS to hit big on the portal every season at OM to sustain but he knows how solid of a team he can build by owning LA recruiting and then supplementing each season with the best of the best from the portal.

The post in the OP says they are seeing the delay as helpful in hurting UF/LSU, one being a top rival.
If they do have him secured up, then the delay is helping them more than hurting. Obviously not to long, but no current rush.

Yeah sexton wouldn’t allow that- his job is to get clients the best jobs.
Hes not going to allow a school to intentionally try to sabotage other schools at the expense of his other clients who you can guarantee he wants to get LSU or UF jobs.
