I'm not a big Shannon fan fwiw. He's notorious for bringing in good talent, but not developing the players for his schemes.
I do think it would be an upgrade over Willy for Arkansas though. Which should tell you what I think of him.

4 stations in Miami says it is.
Reggie Johnson is rumored to be on his way out, Nix is suppose to be a good LB coach, but then so is Shannon.
