Teams overcome talent gaps all the time with game planning, but he was 3-7 in top 10 matchups with a loss this year to Cincinnati. LSU will give him the talent to overcome that "weakness."
If he hires a killer staff of recruiters combined with innovative offense/QB developers and an attacking style DC, he will edge up to a 9 before he even coaches a game!
