I'd be happy with either. Probably give a slight edge to Napier. If Aranda was known for being a great recruiter, he'd absolutely be #1 on my list even over Riley. An incredibly smart guy like Aranda can only make it so far without top-tier talent. Those coaches may win games they shouldn't. But they will inevitably get beat by better talent. Our last two coaches were good recruiters but bad coaches. We really need a HC that can recruit as well as develop talent and coach on game day.

Napier, but barely. His stated love for recruiting puts him at 50.1% for me vs. Aranda.
