I'm not as pessimistic as most here. This is coming from an agent, this was said to cool down the Lane leaving rumors leading up to the game.

My cardiologist here in Hattiesburg is an Ole Miss grad. I was talking to him the other day about the possibility of Lane going to LSU and he said it didn’t matter to him nor did it matter to a large portion of the Ole Miss fan base. He said they have Lane Kiffin Fatigue. They are simply tired of the “Lane is leaving to coach elsewhere” every year or two and they would just prefer him to move on instead of dealing with it.
I can assure you if Lane stays at Ole Miss, this “fatigue” will continue and the fan base will become more and more unhappy with his continued employment with Ole Miss. This type of saga cannot be fun for them even if he’s having successful years.

I kept seeing one poster on the boards keep saying it was Lane or Nick and that’s the list…
If it’s Nick though it’s short term but would immediately get the culture back and immediately fix the soft crap mentality
I would hope he’d have his replacement or have someone he hires to mentor
