He's a recruiter and not really an X's and O's guy.

Hasn't actually been the main QB coach before. He was a QB assistant for Ole Miss this year with Joe Judge as the QB coach. He's got a bright future but not sure he's there quite yet.

Joe Jon Finley at Oklahoma (former co-OC at OU) would likely be a candidate.

Ok but that’s never happened in any coaching change ever

You said we shouldn't care about him leaving since he's basically playing the ceo role, I'm just saying if he were the only one leaving it wouldn't be that big of a deal. Not that it's realistic

Last week, I said, "keep an eye on Weis".

Of course, I was called an idiot, dumb, etc.

He still might end up here, but everyday he's at Ole Miss, the more the odds are that he will not end up here.

I’m confused? Are NFL front offices only just now going to see CWJr. is a great OC and him coming to take on his regular duties at LSU gonna somehow block that view?

It wasn't Kiffin's fault LSU and Florida sucked arse and came begging to him in the middle of a historic run for Ole Miss. You and nobody else have a right to tell him what he felt was the right move for him and his family as well. Your shitty admin didn't really help the situation at all.

Dane stevens was an analyst.. he just got promoted to qb coach for lsu.. Joe judge former NYG head coach is our QB Coach at Ole miss...

Gonna promote a young analyst to offensive coordinator with zero experience.

you know what I support this great thinking

That’s because you were claiming he was going to stay at Ole Miss. Idiot.

You don't think Ole Miss has lawyers that could get Weis out of that contract? I do. I think Ole Miss is still a possibility.

I'm just speculating that Kiffin would call someone that's worked for him before.

Keep the shitposting on the SECR.

Then LSU will have about an extra 7.5 million to hire a new OC, because Weis owes us that buyout of his contract.

Charlie runs Lanes system so if or when he decides to take another job the creator of the system is the head man at LSU.

They gonna fire the OC they hired already?

They could give him another position at the same salary. If he doesn't want it, they could let him out of his contract.

Look, that's a long shot, but for some reason it doesn't look like Weis really wants to be at LSU. The more realistic scenario is that he takes an NFL job.
