It has already happened. He put himself on the search committee and immediately Mel Tucker is reported by Feldman to be a top candidate.

I dont think Woodward would have taken a job AD if he didn't have complete confidence that he could hire whomever he thinks is the right person for the job.

There is no way the president will force him to hire someone he doesn't feel is a fit for LSU
