Need help finding a way to get vaccination exemption for my pregnant wife.

Long time fan of tigerdroppings first time poster. Was hoping my first post ever would be LSU related but here I am posting about this jab nonsense. Didn’t think I’d personally have to deal with this, and it’s unfortunate for everyone it applies to, but my pregnant wife works as a grounds crew member for a university in Kentucky. Just tonight she received a letter saying she must get the vaccine or she will be fired. They say they want her to “comply” and we both believe that they should eat a certain substance before either of us allow her to be forced to get the jab. Not sure what to do at this point to get an exemption for her but I’d like to believe there’s a way. Otherwise it looks like she’ll be out of the job and unemployed. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance to anyone out there listening and I wish you well.

Sounds like she shouldn't work for a piece of shite employer that forces a vaccine that literally doesn't do anything for you.

Have her ask in writing if UK is willing to be held responsible for any adverse or unknown at this time side effects to her & her unborn child

Not sure what university your wife is at, but the two universities I have heard have been really bad about no exemptions are both small Kentucky ones.

They want her to jab while pregnant?
Don’t let her wait to get let go.
Have her quit.

Long shot, but I’m sure she’s discussed this with her doctor. Can they write a medical note for a waiver? Hopefully she has the kiddo and all this nonsense goes away before going back.

Yeah she needs to just leave if they won't exempt her.
Any doctor that will tell you with a straight face its safe for an unborn baby is lying. Because they don't know.

Whatever she does; TELL HER NOT TO QUIT! She loses any legal recourse if she quits.
As far as exemptions go… Check out this website for good info.

Hang in there! This madness will be all over soon.

No, make them fire her.

I don’t have a flipping idea what the law says but firing a pregnant woman for refusing to receive this shot in particular sounds like grounds for legal recourse.

Oh hell no, make them fire her, take their checks as long as you/she can
and I’m going to say this at the risk of sounding insensitive…
everyone is begging for help right now, a grounds crew job does not sound lucrative, unless y’all are concerned about insurance?
seems like getting hired somewhere else would be feasible?

Do not quit and file a lawsuit if she’s fired. Take a stand

I copied this from another poster:
“I write with regard to the matter of potential COVID-19 vaccines, and my desire to be fully informed and apprised of ALL facts before going ahead. I’d be most grateful if you could please provide the following information, in accordance with statutory legal requirements:
Can you please advise the approved legal status of the vaccine and if it is experimental? Can you please provide details and assurances that the vaccine has been fully, independently and rigorously tested against control groups and the subsequent outcomes of those tests?
Can you please advise the entire list of contents of the vaccine I am to receive and if any are toxic to the body? Can you please fully advise of all the adverse reactions associated with this vaccine since its introduction?
Can you please confirm that the vaccine you are advocating is NOT experimental mRNA gene altering therapy? Can you please confirm that I will not be under any duress from yourselves as my employers, in compliance with the Nuremberg Code?
Can you please advise me of the likely risk of fatality, should I be unfortunate to contract COVID-19 and the likelihood of recovery?
Can you please advise me if I were to experience any adverse reactions, is the manufacturer of the vaccine liable?
If the manufacturer isn’t liable will the company be responsible and liable as it is their request that I have the vaccine in order to carry on my employment?
Once I have received the above information in full and I am satisfied that there is NO threat to my health, I will be happy to accept your offer to receive the treatment, but with certain conditions – namely that you confirm in writing that I will suffer no harm.
Following acceptance of this, the offer must be signed by a fully qualified doctor who will take full legal and financial responsibility for any injuries occurring to myself, and/or from any interactions by authorized personnel regarding these procedures.
In the event that I should have to decline the offer of vaccination, please confirm that it will not compromise my position and that I will not suffer prejudice and discrimination as a result? I would also advise that my inalienable rights are reserved.”

Do not let your wife get this shot!
Make them fire her.
Trust me, the next thing will be better.

Whatever happen man, I hope she doesn't get vaxxed. Way too risky for the baby IMO.
I don't have any advice except the following:
1. Continue to be polite.
2. Plead nicely with the employer.
3. Be a good employee.
4. Make it REALLY hard and emotionally difficult from them to fire her.
5. Don't quit.
6. If they fire her, walk away and just say I can't get vaxxed. It's just too risky for my baby. My job is not that important. I love my job and I need my job but my baby is more important. I wish y'all would reconsider.
7. Walk away and get another job.

It is also good information to know that there is no FDA approved covid vaccine in the United States. All covid vaccines in the U.S. are still remain under EUA (emergency use authorization). If they say otherwise they are lying to you.
