I see a significant difference in this room’s commitment to the program VS the past

I didn’t like the move at first, but I’ve now come around to it and a big reason of that is the maturity of this QB room. Brennan, Nuss and Howard have either all waited or all willing to wait their turn.
These guys are NOT Narcisse, McMillan etc… They all have patience, loyalty and unselfishness to pair along with their natural talent. They have said and done all the right things in regards to this. Thus in my meager opinion they’ve all earned the benefit of the doubt and we should be excited about bringing Daniel’s talent and experience to the competition and to this team as a whole.
Nothing ground breaking or revolutionary here, just wanted to share my thoughts as some who was fairly adamant AGAINST bringing Daniels in, and now I’m convinced that this could arguably be Kelly’s best and most impactful off-season addition thus far.

One or two of them will transfer before the 1st snap tho

Help me understand how you have concluded Nuss is patient, mature and willing to wait his turn at LSU.
I do not have that impression.

Kelly has a history of playing multiple QBs during games.
If all the QBs are patient regardless of who is named the starter, BK will not hesitate to give them an opportunity as long as they protect the ball.
I find multiple QBs in a game to be disconcerting, but BK has made it work at both Cincy and ND.

Brody Miller just said on Jordy’s show he expects the spring competition to play out with Brennan likely hitting the transfer portal quickly after if he doesn’t feel he’s locked up the job similar to Burrow at OSU in ‘18.

Well nitwit, as is the case with the majority of your lame rebuttals than immediately sign-off as you’ve done here: I think Nuss redshirted and understands he was most likely not going to be the starter this year regardless. That hasn’t changed with Brennan being in his last year and Daniels coming on board with one and done thoughts along with a true freshman behind him.

I think Nuss hits the portal immediately following spring practice. He's the one that makes the most sense.

Sampson, excuse me for signing off after my post and not breathlessly awaiting your answer. Particularly because I did not anticipate a substantive response, I returned to my work. Reading your fact-free post, I was right.
BTW, do you know what a "rebuttal' is?
Look it up before you use the term again.

Eat shite nitwit. I’m right your opinion is wrong again. Nuss isn’t going anywhere. Neither is Howard. Neither is Brennan unless Daniels just blows him away in Spring ball.

One of the 4 will not be on the roster this Sept.

Talk to me after spring ball when he is QB3 at best.

True enough.

Not so sure if he needs to blow him out or just beat him out. Brennan has this year left to play FB. IMO, if Brennan is not the starting QB and he wants to play, he will transfer to a place where he can expect to see significant playing time at minimum.

Yeah Nuss showed a lot of heart not playing the bowl game
I will be shocked if he sticks around long term

I could easily see 2 QBs splitting reps year one. He has done it many times.

Unfortunately, I think Jayden is likely assured of a leg up in the competition. If he is healthy and doesn't completely implode OR Myles doesn't go full Burrow, then Jayden is the starter and Myles likely transfers. Nuss is going to be the interesting one. If Myles wins the job, then Nuss likely bolts because he would be #3.
I'm saying at least one of Brennan/Nuss is out after spring and possibly both depending on how things shake out. Not thrilled about it, but I'll trust the new staff to do what they think is right to build the foundation they want in the program.

Nuss won’t stay after he sees himself as third string and myles could possibly leave after spring. I wouldn’t blame him because he’s got to get on the field to realize his dream of playing in the nfl . Not too many Matt cassels around that get drafted after never starting a game.

Daniel’s is not one and done. He is 2 years left.

Daniels could be a true weapon in the arsenal.
