They don't make boat shoes. They do make running shoes and sandals that I suppose you could wear aboard a boat.

I had pair. Hated them. Narrow and the insole was scratchy. My Columbia Megavents are much more enjoyable to wear for a boat day

I have about 8-9 pairs. Different models for walking vs. fishing, etc. that I've bought over the past 7-8 years.
If you find a pair you like, buy about 2-3 more. Because HOKA is famous (infamous) for discontinuing various shoe models (or changing features, then "reintroducing" that model). My most recent pair is called "Clifton 8" (the 8th iteration of this particular shoe).

I love mine. I don’t even know what style I have. They’re discontinued, but they’re a waterproof high top hiking style. They’re pretty tough. I probably wear them 300 days out of the year. I walk on concrete and gravel, or in fields constantly and I’m going to get over a year out of them. I used to get like 6 months out of Merrells.

Don't waste your money. Bought a pair for myself and one for my BIL and neither of us wear them. Uncomfortable as all hell. My favorites were some old Columbia ones that I finally had to toss and they don't make any longer. Need to find something new now.

I had some old Columbia blood n guts boat shoes for about 8 years. They were awesome. My wife threw them away because "they're so nasty"

Turns out, I have been wearing Olukai boat shoes, and had no idea they were boat shoes.
