at his home on Martha's Vineyard? That's a mighty huge tank. Must be nice to be able to afford to stock up like that. We don't have anywhere near that capacity for our tank.

Needs to heat that olympic sized swimming pool.

Big house probably needs big tank to run the backup generators? Dunno, at some point do people use diesel whole home generators and store diesel onsite for their mansions?

He's clearly not worried about the oceans rising like his public histrionics about ManBearPig.
At least not the stretch of ocean immediately adjacent to his $11M estate.

Soros bought that house for him, he can't really afford it.

Clearly he doesn't want to be reliant on those ole nasty fossil fuels.

We had a 1200 gallon tank for the house I grew up in. Stove, hot water heaters, and furnace ran on it. Pretty sure it was refilled about once a year. This really doesn't seem so out there.

To run backup generators for months, no doubt.

Imagine how he would melt if someone built windmills near his home.

Well, it IS an island, and subject to possibly losing connection with the mainland electrical grid.

He's got acres to raze and install a full sized solar array to power his home.

Wouldn't surprise me. A known Chicago mob associate basically paid for Zero's Chicago house.

On the same day Obama closed on his house, Rezko's wife bought the adjacent empty lot, meeting the condition of the seller who wanted to sell both properties at the same time.
Rezko had been widely reported to be under investigation by the U.S. attorney and the FBI at the time Obama contacted him and has since been indicted on corruption charges by a federal grand jury in a case that prosecutors say involves bribes, kickbacks and "efforts to illegally obtain millions of dollars."...
While Rezko's wife paid the full asking price for the land, Obama paid $300,000 under the asking price for the house. The house sold for $1,650,000 and the price Rezko's wife paid for the land was $625,000....
An ABC News review of campaign records shows Rezko, and people connected to him, contributed more than $120,000 to Obama's 2004 campaign for the U.S. Senate, much of it at a time when Rezko was the target of an FBI investigation.
Fun question, how did a beginning senator afford a $1.6m house???

Takes a long time for Michelle to wash her balls and the water needs to be warm.
