Headed there Monday for a Church Camp.

What is there to do? Waterfalls? Events other than Toad Lick?

A ton of southern Baptist. That’s about all to that place.

I grew up there. It’s become a bedroom community of Little Rock. Finally has liquor by the glass, but restaurant scene is still pretty lame.

My grandparents used to have a fish camp on Lake Conway. That place was miles from anywhere. I hated spending weeks in the summers up there. It was so hot and dead. It's like Foley, Alabama now. Strip malls, car dealerships, and retail.

Good restaurants - Mikes Place, Pasta Grill, US Pizza,

Bars- Mikes Place, O'Malley's Irish Grill, JJs

Waterfalls - Petit Jean is 30ish minutes away, but may be dried up by now. Other than that, head up to the Buffalo River. You can get there in 1.5 hours or so. Water is super low but still beautiful. Okayish hiking at Cadron Settlement

Went to College (Hendrix) there, and graduated in 86. Was a sleepy little town back then, now it's just a suburb of Little Rock. Not much to do there other than leave.

There is a train tunnel north of town that we used to hang out at. You could sit on the concrete steps inside the tunnel as the train went through...that was always a fun time.
