The explosive search warrant – the contents of which were confirmed by the Guardian – shows the FBI was seeking evidence about whether the mishandling of classified documents by Trump, including some marked top secret, amounted to a violation of three criminal statutes.
Most notably, the search warrant granted by US magistrate judge Bruce Reinhart and approved by Attorney General Merrick Garland authorized FBI agents to seize materials that could form evidence that Trump violated the Espionage Act under 18 USC 793, and Obstruction, under 18 USC 1519.

I think his lawyers have said that some of the boxes were classified and in taped up boxes. He may not know everything he had.

It really feels like they're trying to get a Second Civil War started. At the very least, it would speed up the balkanization rate.

They can charge and fight him all they want. He is just a man. The left will be slaughtered in November at the polls. And then DeSantis will wipe the floor with them in 2024 (assuming they ban Trump from running).

Trump ordered 1000's of documents that exonerate him declassified. Ratcliffe announced this
Barr supposedly told him if he released them unredacted before Durham was finished, they would charge Trump with obstruction. Because Durham was an "ONGOING INVESTIGATION."
Barr also told Trump that all of these 1000's of documents proving Trump's innocence would be released when Durham closed shop.
So they have Trump boxed in making things up. The govt agency packed Trump and the POTUS records. Trump's home is technically his library Presidents get money for.
Trump has to release what he knows or they will as Eric Holder said-send him to prison.
This has gone WAY too far.

That was just the excuse to raid his home. What doesn’t add up is why they didn’t take these documents from n June when they issued the subpoena, and trumps team let them in to take what they requested. Why the raid after?
