Well, we all knew this was going to happen. Nov. 8th can't get here soon enough. I just hope and pray to the good Lord above a record number of conservatives show up to vote. This madness has got to end.

Biden’s plan could cost the average taxpayer more than $2,000, based on the $10,000 forgiveness per student loan borrower that had been touted.

Based on a total of under 158 million taxpayers in 2019, that works out to $2,085.59 per taxpayer, the National Taxpayers Union found.

I still don’t know where the money comes from. Does anyone know? Congress will have to pass something, right? President does control spending, it has to come from legislation, or the President shifting money from another budgeted program, right?

That's the way it should be, but with this administration, who knows.

not true, btw, there is no tax increase, no one is paying more. this exact same guy from the exact same taxpayer group explains it over here
so it conceivably could come from taxes but it wont, most of this will be paid for with the deficit reduction theyve been working on for 2 years.
quote:
Some may dispute that taxpayers bear the cost of canceling student debt. But the $329 billion cost of student debt cancellation would be $329 billion previously borrowed from the federal government and not returning to the Treasury.
Policymakers will need to make up for that gap in the future with government spending cuts, tax increases, more borrowing, or some combination thereof.

Brain-dead Biden is getting paid so much money to promote the oligarchs platform, it is unstoppable for now.
Wealthy oligarchs run this country, and it has to be eliminated, or, we are toast.

The government has to come up with money to pay itself? The money was given to people already to pay for school.
They may have to pass something through congress but they don't have to come up with the money to do this because all they're doing is not collecting on some money they are owed.

How much are you getting paid by the government to pimp the Democrats with stupid takes?

Explain how Joe reduced the deficit. I know y’all like saying deficit a lot so tell us how he’s reduced it.

The deficit reduction is predicated on higher taxes and more revenue not spending cuts but then again you pretend to know things

And eliminating a decades worth of deficit reduction that is hypothetically suppose to happen under the Inflation Reduction Act. If we could just cancel debt at no cost to anyone or anything, then why not just cancel it all. Every federally backed loan could just be eliminated. This is no different than giving out million dollars stimulus checks

Imagine how fricking stupid someone has to be to type this sentence.

My guess is Biden is using some Department of Education chicanery to do this, just like he tried mortgages with the CDC and vaccines with OSHA. They probably have some kind of control over funds in some capacity. Since those loans at some point touched the DoE he's likely claiming some control over them. If so, someone will likely challenge this is in court but this is a tough one to walk back.

Do you honestly expect me to believe one word that comes out of his senile mouth? Thanks for the laugh .. I needed one to start my day.

quote:how can you even say this with a straight face. Deficit reduction for the last 2 years. Are you fricking serious. Highest money supply ever in history, highest inflation in my lifetime...but theyve been working on reducing the deficit? Go gaslight somewhere else

It isn't remotely suspicious that someone creates an account and proceeds to post press secretary style propaganda and DU copy-paste jobs all day. But nice work yesterday. Your handlers should be proud. Maybe you'll get a Starbucks gift card bonus.
