Unfortunately, I was in time out while the DeSantis v. Trump shite started

I prefer the chaos and unhinged responses from those I cant stand with Trump, but holy hell, is it no longer possible to have a preference for one candidate without scorched earth destruction of his opponents?
If the Almighty came to me in a dream and said "You can't have Trump, but you can have DeSantis and a GOP controlled Congress for the next 8 years" I'd say "Thank You, Sir."
Stop being suckered. Obama and his surrogate (Biden) and the fricking shithead Dems in Congress are THE enemy. Removing them in 2024 should be the only goal.
Period.

You have to walk before you can run. He's not a declared candidate and he's going to have missteps.
Trump does his share of stomping on his own Johnson. It doesn't mean he shouldn't be President (or that Joetato is better)

Outside of SEC states - nobody has a fricking clue who DeSantis is - everybody knows who Trump is. In addition, Trump has 6 years of doing this shite over DeSantis 0 years. Trump now understands the swamp.. it will be a learning curve for DeSantis.

Polling has consistently shown DeSantis draws voters who would have voted for Biden in a Biden vs Trump matchup, but a significant amount of Trump supporters won’t vote for DeSantis in a DeSantis vs Biden matchup.

Trump already had the opportunity to deny Biden the White House and failed. Trump’s the only person on earth who has lost to Biden in a Presidential election and may be one of the only “headliner” Republicans who would lose to Biden in ‘24.
