Judge orders cop to take class on Constitution

A black cop pulled over a white motorist claiming he was drunk. A breathalyzer test reported a BAC of 0.00. Instead of letting the motorist go, the cop decided to tow his vehicle over an "improper lane change". Forget the class, this cop needs to be in prison. This cop is definitely a racist.

Why does this place insist on making our policing problem about race? Its a simple situation where we gave too much authority and no personal liability to a group of government employees.

Glad they revealed this. Sometimes these “auditors” are begging for a hostile response from LEO and those guys are morons(i.e. the guy who when asked “how ya doin today? From Leo immediately goes into “statute 49-503 subsection 1a part c blah blah) But gladly do I support these guys uncovering obvious abuse of power. This guy shouldnt be a cop and professional LEO’s would agree.

Uhh, you should maybe have a conversation with Hollywood, big tech, the music industry, mainstream media, corporate America, nationwide academia and network/cable television before singling out this board as "making everything about race".
I mean, the entire platform of the DNC in coordination with military and dee oh jay leadership is based on "the imminent threat posed by the rise of White supremacy!!!" They've been blaming the police/LEO issues on "White supremacy" and racism for the entirety of this century and before.

Here’s the update on his case. Motorist won in court. Trooper should have been charged for perjury on the false report he filed later but of course prosecutor declined the case. MS is corrupt.

Rooting out the slime is needed. Lying on statements should require some sort of suspension. It is a hard enough job as it is being a LEO.

Not sure why anyone would ever have a problem with our government and its agents being audited. The burden is on the cop to know what the law is. Not make crap up on the fly and make unlawful arrests. These auditors continue to get the bogus charges dropped and receive large payouts. You should be upset with the cops, not the auditors. Too many cops with fragile egos who make things personal. They need the rope as our founding fathers intended.
