Why would Ron Desantis allow the New York Judge to destroy Trump's property value?

When a governor allows another state justice system to determine the value of property in his home state WITHOUT A FIGHT, because he is either to scared to respond, ignorant, or will take a guilty verdict against Trump a presidential opponent to help his failing campaign, he is not a leader. The Judge's ruling is 100 levels beyond retarded and completely absurd, but Trumpers blaming Desantis is peak RDS.
That property is definitely worth north of 150 mill (although a billion like Eric Trump claims seems to be unlikely).

Without reading responses in this thread yet… anyone who thinks this is a legitimate complaint about Desantis has an iq too low to vote.
