I’ve seen too many times this year where Zion drives and gets near the rim but then kicks the ball back outside to shooters. he’s got to be that 24/7/5 for us to keep Trey from taking his spot because that kid already doesn’t deserve to come off the bench. He should be a starter for every team in this league at either the 3 or 4. We can’t have these 12 point games from Zion because his defense and lack of shooting is a hi derange if he isn’t doing the one thing he’s elite at. Using his speed/size and insane fist step to beat guys to the rim from r an easy bucket.

He's plenty selfish. He makes his teammates play 4 on 5 on defense.

Can’t use what ya don’t have. He needs to lose the weight if he wants that same burst back

Yep

OP is certainly right, he does need to attack more. But that is part of the problem, he's sometimes doing or trying the things he's used to working, and they're not working because he's not the same dude he was before.

It's a bit of both, not sure if one is making the other happen more but both are happening.

Zion will never become what he could have been. That ship has sailed. He absolute doesn't have the dog in him necessary to be consistently elite. Also, his ceiling has always been based on his athleticism, but he's already put himself well on the wrong side of that curve.

Frankly, I'm starting to fear he's one of those lottery picks that is destined to never "figure it out" on their original team.

He can’t get any more selfish. He prioritizes food over an organization paying him hundreds of millions of dollars. Not sure you can get more selfish.
