RIP to one of the legends who was the soundtrack to my nights of partying in Tigerland in the early 90's.

My buddy's brother was a 2 term Florida state congressman whose area included part of Miami-Dade. He said if you want to be in politics in South Florida, you've got to get the blessing of Uncle Luther
