Their place in Hammondaire is pretty nice

Bought my last 2 there but had no idea about the new plans. Gordon or Todd Graves must have invested.

Josh has done very well for himself. I remember when he was operating out of a 2 room office space on Airline. He's moved up quickly.

I’ve been watching them clear that tract of land. Going to be something nice right there… Gun Powder,TRT, and caffeine in a one stop shop all the while booking your sons 10th bday party in the meeting room…

There must be DEEEEP pockets behind this…
I’m doing a retail/light industrial development project right now and it’s not half as nice as those renderings.
That’s a $45,000,000 building. Not counting the land.

Must be. Honestly, I don't know if I can believe the scale of the place. I shoot a place that similar in concept, just on a scale much smaller. There's different levels of membership and my level is just all you can shoot. But there is a higher level with access to a private range, lounge, cigar room, etc.. There's a cafe, archery, training rooms...basically everything they list but the auditorium and gym. The cafe is almost always empty. I've recently had a training class cancelled due to lack of people signed up. The range and gun store itself stays busy and it's far from not being profitable. It's just not busting at the seams with people wanting to indulge in the extra stuff.
This is in the Houston area with a much larger population to support it. Granted there are more options available. I know I never thought BR would support a Top Golf and they got one, so could totally be wrong.

Only way to access this facility for use is to be a member?

Sounds like it, also sounds like a money pit that will never see a profit.

St George training to go to war! Good deal!

Yeah I don’t see BR being able to support this.
