It’s a valid question someone in the media should ask…”Does Joe Biden have logins or access to his Twitter account? Does he Tweet himself?”
Seems weird an intern or staffer could post a message like that and everyone just runs with it (hypothetically) … and given Bidens age and mental capacity this seems like a valid question

Resigning as a candidate is an act related to his presidential candidacy for the Democratic Party and is not a Presidential or official act, so he can’t use official letterhead.
