I have seen it. The nurse scene is insanely classic and always funny. The car chase scene, the restaurant speech to the Yakuza, and the final fight are also highly memorable for how hilariously bad it was.

Years back I ran a film fest called Bad Movies for Bad People back at the River Oaks Theatre in Houston. Folks would gather at midnight to watch these beautifully terrible movies and the audience would riff the movie together as a beautiful contingent. Such a fun experience.

I highly recommend The Order of the Black Eagle as a double feature. Sure, we've all seen Bond films, but have we seen them on 20,000 dollar budget where Bond fights Nazis, Q is a weird asian guy, and Bond has a Baboon sidekick? I think not!
