I hunt with a guy that has the salvo suppressor. He got the shotgun short barreled with stamp and threaded apparently benelli m2 is the preferred barrel for this. It’s really quiet and I’m thinking hard about doing the same, doesn’t disturb squirrels or the duck woods. He chrono’d full power loads before and after and surprisingly didn’t lose noticeable fps on full power loads.

HUXWRX VENTUM 12K is another one about to come out if it hasn’t already. No chokes tho. I don’t know much about it tho.

ETA: I may be wrong but I believe they are all mounted on the gun with a choke tube you buy from the company that makes the silencer.

Is it really that quiet? Everything I have read and seen on youtube reviews say the sound reduction isn't enough to justify the weight addition.
