One of my favorite actors. He plays a really good bad guy. In reality he is one of the best human beings on earth.

Season Two has been excellent so far. My only complaint is that I don’t like Dana Delany’s character at all. I used to think that she was absolutely gorgeous, but she looks like a cartoon now with all of the work that she has had done.
Same with Nicole Kidman.

I've gotten spoiled by waiting for a season to be fully released so I can binge it, is this season fully out yet?

No, only three episodes are out.

agreed. we watched that Jesusy movie with him (the Shift???) and after reading interviews, i realized he was freaking devout conservative catholic with 5 kids and was fired from a job for refusing sex scenes.
seems like a wholesome dude, which is crazy because other than CA: the first avenger, i can't place him as a good guy.

If you take it for what it is it’s pretty good - an over-the-top (no pun intended) suspension of belief comedic drama.

i'm not a Trekkie. you could be right. i'm not complaining. he's a great bad guy. just funny that he's typecast despite being a conservative christian that won't even kiss another woman on screen.

That’s cool. How long have you been knowing Neal?

I love the show, but it does have the cheese factor. They lean into it but it's fine.
BTW im pissed hes not paying enough attention to the cop that accused him of bribe. Shes a smokeshow. BTW shes 51

Just a fun, fish-out-of-water, man-out-of-time mobster show.

I’ve been keeping up with the show. It’s entertaining, but there is just something lacking. I think maybe it’s that Manfredi’s crew never seems to face any real consequence and that everything comes too easily.
The latest episode certainly ends with a “bang” that might change that - although given the tone of this show I have a feeling that we’ll get “scenes in a coma” for dramatic effect but an ultimate recovery.

I'm digging the new season. Lots of action.

Yeah well the latest episode really changed the narrative that none of the Tulsa crew has faced any adversity. I really didn’t see anything happening to Tyson’s dad so that kinda stung since I really loved his character and how tight him and Tyson were. Also there is no way the guys in KC stand by that deal. I really think that NY makes a change in dealership with Chicky and they reconnect with Tulsa and go to work.

Expect this to go away. This format is killing the studios.

How so? You think shows won't be available to stream?

Funny how Netflix just posted bumper earnings.

Well, as I said -

As for the NYC/KC + Thresher and the Chinese
I agree with you that KC won’t stand by the deal, and obviously Chicky isn’t going to be happy with it either. So Dwight’s crew is likely going to be battling on 3 different fronts.
