The woke gender ideology are very upset that this episode won’t air on the Disney Channel along with the rest of season 2 in 2025. The ‘trans girl’ character is recurring in the cartoon but this appears to be the only episode that Disney is pulling.

quote:

One of the projects (episode) I worked on is getting shelved because of which party that won the recent election,” Derrick Malik Johnson, a storyboard artist who worked on Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur said in a recent, since-deleted post on the social media platform Bluesky. “It breaks my heart knowing this impactful and amazing [episode] is now about to be consider a lost media episode.”

In a thread on the Moon Girl subreddit about Johnson’s post, someone claiming to have worked on the series alleged that the episode revolved around the character Brooklyn, a teen volleyball player who attends Luna’s school in the series. “If you put attention [sic] to details about the character, you can figure out about what theme [the episode was based on] and why it was canned,” the user wrote in a now-deleted comment thread.

quote:

An unreleased episode of Marvel animated series Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur won’t air on Disney Channel over its politically sensitive LGBTQ themes, people who worked on the show say.

The episode is about the recurring character Brooklyn, a trans classmate of Lunella Lafayette (aka Moon Girl), competing in a girl’s volleyball game and a “a narrow-minded coach” who tries to have Brooklyn barred from playing.

Early in the episode, “The Gatekeeper,” Brooklyn recalls her time spent playing soccer and “the darkness of me having to play on the boys team.”

Brooklyn’s comments about her athletic past are overheard by the opposing team’s coach, Greer (played by Amy Sedaris), who tries to have the teenager disqualified from the game.

But Brooklyn’s coach, gym teacher Coach Hrbek, tells Greer, “Brooklyn IS a girl, and she’s gonna play.” The episode then veers into supervillain territory, as Greer uses a magical key to confine Brooklyn, her teammates, and watergirl Lunella in the girl’s locker room.

Brooklyn, who is voiced by actor Indya Moore, identifies as trans to her peers in the episode. “I’m trans, my very existence breaks Greer’s rules,” she tells her teammates before breaking down into tears. Brooklyn’s trans identity is further communicated through imagery; Brooklyn wears Pride-themed kneepads and has a “Trans is beautiful” sticker on her water bottle.

The episode’s color palette is saturated in hues from the transgender flag. Its themes of prejudice, exclusion, and finding support through progressive allies is unmissable.

RALEIGH, N.C. (TND) — A high school volleyball player who suffered severe head and neck injuries resulting in long-term concussion symptoms after a girl she says is transgender spiked a ball in her face is now speaking out publicly for the first time.

"Due to the North Carolina High School Athletic Association policy allowing biological males to compete against biological females my life has forever been changed," Payton McNabb, now a senior atHiwassee Dam High School in Murphy, North Carolina, said during a Thursday committee hearing of the North Carolina state legislature

Bugs Bunny didn’t spike a volleyball into a girl’s face and cause serious face and neck injuries that left partial paralysis on her right side and impaired vision.

McNabb indicated that, to this day, she is still recovering from her injuries, and continues to face other health struggles as a result of what happened, such as impaired vision, partial paralysis on the right side of her body, constant headaches, anxiety and depression.

That’s the difference between drag, a comedic pantomime art, and knowingly cheating at sports and endanger the safety of girls and women.

When Bugs does it, it's a joke that everyone is in on. When Max Klinger did it, it was a joke and everyone was in on it.

Neither Bugs nor Klinger were taking hormone blockers nor getting surgeries which irreversibly scar and mutilate their genitals and often make them unable to ever have children.

Today's media isn't pushing it as a joke, but rather they are pushing it as normal, healthy, positive, enviable and (most importantly) noble (due to victim status) to kids.

The 90's: "There's no gay agenda, they aren't coming after your kids, that's insane fear mongering, that's a slippery slope fallacy. etc."

People who target kids with this LGBT crap should be viewed and treated as child abusers.

I think Disney has conceded at this point. They seem to know that their customer base now is the gays, weirdos and left thinking part of the country along with those few nail biting baws that will go to the parks so their children dont feel left out.

They do not have any hopes or dreams of regaining the working class people and will just continue to work an agenda to keep what customer base they have.

Just another example of an individual who supports the chemical and physical castration of children.

It is becoming harder and harder to coexist with people like this.
