Just like title says I have finally hit the century mark in lost lbs. I like to stay at the same weight or lower for a few days before I say I lost x amount because my weight fluctuates quite a bit. Started taking tirzepatide back in February with starting weight of 338. Was actually 235 on the scale this morning. Went from tight 3xl shirts to loose fitting xl's. Jeans were 40-42 depending on brand, bought some BKE's last week in 33. Pretty darn excited about it. I'm wanting to get around 200 and start lifting hard to get to around 220.

Man 235 with a 33 inch waist is impressive. You must be carrying that pretty well. I weigh 175 and my waist is 32

I've lifted weights on and off my whole life so I think most of my weight is in my upper body. Not to mention I'm built funny and have short legs. 33x30's are dragging the ground without shoes on. All the males on my dad's side of the family have very long torso.
