Small portable tire air compressor

Anyone else have them or am I the last one to get one
? Tried it on the wife's (no pics) SUV and worked well.
Not recommending this one but ones similar to this:
Amazon
ETA:
OK this is one I bought for my truck and one for my wife's SUV:
Amazon - AstroAi
I did use it on her vehicle and it worked well; it has 18" tires and because of the "cold" front that came through, the tires were 4-6 lbs low and it did it in no time. It has a rechargeable battery that you can charge in any USB port and all newer vehicles have USB ports.

I have one that I keep in my truck, but a fairly big one from Smittybilt. I needed something that has enough power to be able to air up a fairly large tire as my truck has 35s and those little ones just won't do. I've only had it about a year but it's already come in handy several times and saved me once not long ago. Headed back from Grand Isle I noticed a tire low, checked and it had ~25psi and a slow leak where a bolt was stuck in it. Was able to air it up to 65psi in just a couple minutes and make it home.

There's no way that's going to air up some truck tires in less than an hour.

I got one off Amazon that takes Milwaukee m18 batteries and love it. It was like $37. I use the crap out it.

I have sort of the same but its a Viair brand. Expensive but worth it.
Being it has 10' of cord and 20' hose, I keep it and a plug kit in a large ammo can under my back seat. Has saved me plenty of times.

If you are using it for anything bigger than a small sedan, get something that can connect directly to the battery rather a cigarette lighter or you'll be there all damn day. I've had the Via Air 88p in my truck for years and it has always worked great.

EP Auto 12V DC Portable Air Compressor Pump, Digital Tire Inflator
$30 on Amazon and have been using it for 5 yrs with zero complaints. Bought one for all our vehicles.

I don't like the idea of a battery powered compressor. I use mine so infrequently that I'm afraid by the time I actually need it the battery would be dead.

I have a Milwaukee 12V portable tire inflator I keep in my vehicle, works great and the 6.0 XC battery seems to have no trouble keeping a charge for months at a time. I top off charge it along with my jump pack every month or two anyway but it's a solid little tool.

Got this one for my kids when they started driving. Yes, the battery can go dead but it also has a 12V adapter that plugs into lighter.

the dewalt I linked has a cigarette lighter plug on it as well. Uses dewalt 20v Li-ion batteries that go on all their tools.

Second vote for Viair. They are handy.

Good thread that I'll follow!
My wife's back tires frequently get low, but I can't find the main issue. I hate her vehicle, but it's paid for! Need a better portable compressor for her vehicle.
Boy she'll be so happy to open this for Christmas!!! Probably rank right up there with the year I gave her a brand-new vacuum cleaner!!

This is a very timely thread because I was looking at buying a battery operated air compressor for my wife. She is hell on tires and wheels, so it would be great to have something so she can air up enough to get to a tire shop.
I’m gonna go with the Dewalt 20V one because all of my tools use the same battery

That's what I did and I'm happy with it. It can also plug into a regular DC outlet if you don't have a battery handy,

I like my AstroAls. I run them off my Hulkman. Bicycle tires and top off the cars tires.
