Calling TD fishermen. Need gift recommendation for uncle.

The short story is I recently moved out and sold my house, and my retired uncle came over and helped with a ton of odds and ends to get the house ready to sell. I've always done right by him, so he didn't mind helping, but, of course, he won't accept anything I offered to pay him or do for him.
He's the best fisherman I know, and his biggest issues right now is deciding between a 2-week or 4-week camp site rental and what he's going to with his daily limit of white perch.
If you were him or have a family member like him, what fishing related gift would you like to get?

Crappie fisherman start early in the year when it's still cold. A warm/windproof jacket with bibs would be a nice gift.

I know this might be over budget, but you could hire a charter trip for you and him to take together, or anyone else. As a fisherman, I cant think of a gift I would love more than this. It would be a great experience for you too.
For a lower priced gift, a nice waterproof jacket or even pants/bibs would be nice.

Perch?
Add sabiki rigs to the gift.

Secretly gather up some of his old tackle and reels and make a wall mounted shadow box.

Lot of good suggestions guys. Thank you.
I'd love to do a charter, but he'd probably rather me just call him to take his boat out; he's 2.5 hours away on the MSGC. I might do that regardless.
I like the utility suggestions; the pliers, filet knife, and jacket have potential.
A little wary of going the tackle route; he (and I imagine other fishermen are as well) is very particular about what he uses. Maybe a gift card to a tackle shop would be a good idea to cover that.
He's no stranger to Red Fish and Speckled Trout over here in Louisiana; the white perch up near Meridian is just what he's been on for the last year or so.

He doesn’t sound like a gift card guy. I would try to buy him something he would use. How does he fish? Troll? Jig? A fancier rod or set up than he would buy? A nice vacuum sealer? A nice knife? This is where you buy him something that his buddies will laugh about how they’d never pay that for that. He can then look at them and say “it was a gift”.

Like I said, I do like the utility suggestions. He's done all kinds of ways, and I'm no fisherman, but I'd say he mostly does rod and reel casting. I don't know anything more specific than that.
I did straight up ask him if there's a specific rod and reel he wanted. He waved it off. One, he doesn't want me to do anything. Two, he does what most guys do and just gets what he wants when he wants it.
I like your premise though. Make it really nice and useful that his buddies can rib him about.

Simms jacket and bib combo would be mighty fine for cold weather fishing like right now through Feb./March

Thanks guys for all the suggestions. I ultimately decided on no fishing related gear. He knows and gets what he wants, and I'd rather assume he'd be very particular. I went with a Chris Reeve Sebenza 31 with Box Elder Burl finish drop point knife. I put hands on it, and I was very impressed with their product. At the very least, it's something he can show off.

I can’t vouch for the jacket but I have the bibs (not insulated) and I love them.
Room to layer.
Eta….they came out with an updated style. I bought the previous one on a 50% off sale.

Had to go big. He spent 4 days straight at my old house with me. Cleaning and painting were the big-ticket items, but also all the little maintenance things. Got it sold in 56 days. Can't say for sure, but I don't think it sells that quickly in this market without doing all that stuff.

One of the best gifts I ever received was Pitbull tackle braid cutters. Best line cutters I ever had!
