He would be the perfect pick in the 2nd round if we went DT at 9.

Definitely like him as a player…..Ross Jackson was advocating drafting him in the 2nd round a few days ago

Mason Graham at 9 and Sawyer at 40.

Sawyer
Bressee
Graham
Granderson

If only the Saints kept Hendrickson

I kinda want Nic Scourton (6’4” 285lbs) and Deone Walker (6’6” 345lbs). I feel like that pretty much fixes our run defense.

Most teams are going to want Sawyer. I think there’s a ton of pass rusher depth in this draft but i believe someone is gonna take him in the first round and he’s not a top 10 guy. Guys like Carter, Williams, Scourton, Pearce are gonna be guys around that spot. Carter is an elite level player, Williams is the most versatile player and he’s an absolute dog and leader, and scourton is gonna blow the combine up as he is an absolute freak. The idea of Williams or scourton Grant or Walker in the first two rounds takes this dline to average to elite pretty quickly. I just don’t see Sawyer being there at 40.

After the combine and meeting with teams, Carter won't make it past 5 and Sawyer won't make it past 32. Both are elite talents.
