So I know a lot of people are saying Kamara is done in New Orleans, or that he's washed up. I for one thought he was older, but Barkley is 28 and Kamara is 29. Does Kamara finish his career with the Saints, or move on and become rejuvenated like Barkley?

I say move on. I’m tired of the Saints holding onto the players way past their Prime and us getting stuck with big contracts and low production later.

we just extended him so doubt it makes any sense to cut him now so he will be here for one more year at least.

Kamara isn’t past his prime, he was on track for a career year until the OL went down and he became the only weapon on offense making it easier for defenses to shut him down.

Our cap space plus dead money means cutting veterans is a no-go. Kamara cost us 10.1 Mil in cap space in 2025. If we cut him pre June1 (we have until some time in March to be under the cap) then he costs us an additional 15.2 Mil in cap space.

Another unnecessary can lick by Loomis paying a great Saint way more than market value for prior accomplishments.

Kamara now over 30 will be getting twice what Saqaon’s pays contract next 2 years. This is why we’re the worst situation in the NFL and the Eagles have the Lombardi.

Kamara also has been very pro rizzi and didn't seem super thrilled about Moore.

No room for anyone that's not all in

Great, then we can get good trade value for him because even if he’s not passed his Prime prime Prime is coming up real quick, it’s time to let him go

Kamara has been on record for years that he wants to retire here.

I think he plays out his contract then retires.

Against Dallas and Carolina? 2 horrible defenses. Gimme a break. Take the losses, move on.

Did he say anything about Moore? Buddy just gave Saquon nearly 400 touches. Seems like a RB’s wet dream

Rizzi made Kamara captain and all that shite. A lot patronization going on between those two

He had a weird reaction to it in emoji form.

Could be a stretch on my part but I didn't feel like he was super on board. But yea, he would be great for his career.

I don’t think he has a shot at the HOF but a few more good seasons could really cement his legacy. He could seemingly wind up top 20 all time in TDs and yards from scrimmage

Yep. Trade him just before the deadline to a team trying to make a run.

There’s always injuries to RBs.

Get more draft ammo to load up next spring.

$10M plus cap hit this year and $19M guaranteed next. Good luck finding a trade unless we trade away picks for a team to eat the ridiculous salary. Thanks Loomis and Gayle for keeping this mismanagement in place.

Is with another team.

And i will cheer for him wherever he goes. He is a good player, seemingly a good teammate, and undoubtedly a good man for the community. But the saints are in a bad spot.

Send him to the Commanders for picks.
He would get a real chance to win a Super Bowl.
And we can do real re build. We could draft Judkins or Henderson

Ouch. Maybe he will restructure to win.
