Happened to me once in Oregon as well.
Of course that was in a video game… set in the 1800s.

Is this from all of the homeless-drug addicts doing their “business” outside?
Edit:
It’s even more disgusting than I thought. Jesus, Mary, and Joseph.

In the Portland area, health officials said 56% of cases were among people experiencing homelessness and 55% of cases reported methamphetamine and/or opiate usage. The spread is more prominent amongst drug users and men who have sexual contact with other men, as anal contact is more likely to spread the disease via infected fecal particles.

So you’re saying leading a deviant lifestyle leads to bad things? Shocker

So now you know why Sodom had to be destroyed by fire. Dysentery. Had to clean that sh*t right out. Literally

So 40 homeless, meth head, gay dudes have it. Seems pretty isolated.

I got really sick in high school once. They diagnosed it as dysentery. Let me tell you that was hell on earth. I threw up 16 times in a few hour period.

Not surprising since the city went to shite a long time ago.

Couldn't happen in a better place. Well, maybe DC.

The opioids should at least help with pain and constipation.

Is that another way of saying "Portland has gone to shite"?

Sodom being destroyed and the term Sodomy is no coincidence as destructive in reality is the outcomes

Wait. It's being spread by homeless drug addicts and queers? You mean, those lifestyles aren't healthy?
I wish somebody, anybody, would have warned us.
