The highlights I’ve seen from scrimmages I really think Simpson will be a good quarterback, and it fits their system more than Milroe

Pate is a turd. Stopped following that dude a couple years ago. Guys like this who cover stuff on a regional or national scale are never right. He might have some decent in season takes. But he doesn’t have the knowledge for anyone to be taking his preseason takes seriously.

Right. now, LSU hasn't proved anything. We were middle of the road last year and year before. Wasted Jayden Daniels.
This is the first year we have a real defense but it is untested. We want respect, we have to go out and earn it.

I don’t have a problem with him leaving us out. I have a problem with him picking Alabama to win the SEC with:
1. A completely unproven QB
2. Just lost their star RB
3. DeBoer will have less Saban recruits.

"A bama homer"............she had a job in Saban's athletic dept. while they were dating & his show was just taking off. He never said a word about her job.
