With the recent news that Brian Robinson, Jr. is likely getting traded very soon, that puts a bit more spotlight on Ekeler (as well as the other RBs on Washington's roster). He was very efficient last season with limited snaps. He's also 30 years old which isn't great, but also isn't necessarily the cliff that it used to be.

I guess my question is, if you were looking for a depth piece on your team in the 10th/11th round, would you hesitate in picking Ekeler? Some RB on that team is going to be getting a lot of scoring opportunities so there's value somewhere.

IDK if you watched their pre season game last night but their two young RB's are pretty damn good. I could see Ekler only playing on 3rd downs for pass pro.

I'm also dog shite at fantasy so do the opposite of what I say

This is the final year of his contract. I’m sure he’ll test the market after the Redskins win the Super Bowl over the Cincinnati Bengals.

Good option for bye week filler/in case of emergency. Not a league winner, but you need some safe plays on the bench that can fill in for a week in a pinch

Definitely a better Washington asset than fantasy asset at this point imo.

But it depends, if you took a bunch of young high variance guys early then maybe he makes sense late. If you did the opposite then maybe grabbing a young RB in a muddy backfield is the better option.

After his ankle sprain a few years ago in week one, he has never been the same.

I think hes the only RB id wanna own in Washington just because his pass catching ability. He showcased that at the end of last year.

Daniels is gonna be their leading rusher and the between the tackles RB will probably average around 50-60 yards a week running between the tackles and few TDs

I grabbed him late
Not expecting anything more than a decent bye week filler
Could end up anywhere between a good consistent bench option and a week 2 or 3 drop candidate in my opinion
