Well one is a woman so that’s a no brainer. Not sure what the SEAL commander did. Probably lowered standards so some chick could pass SEAL training.

There is a variety of things but one example is he’s been putting SEALs lived at risk by using g lower level aviation assets on tier one ops to save money. If TF160 moves it’s typically more costly than other units or units that may already be in theatre. TF160 (D2) deploys out of CONUS when they run a T1 operation.
I’ve also heard directly from blue and gold squad guys that he’s created a shot morale situation based on having an axe to grind.

Standard SEAL teams are not Tier 1 so why are they only supposed to fly with the 160th SOAR? That would be like saying the 75th Ranger Regiment can only fly on 160 SOAR birds. Also not sure why you are using TF unless other you mistakenly thinking that Task Force is some official name?

This guy may very well be a shitty leader but I doubt it has much to do with the 160th not getting to play on every mission. Sometimes missions pop up and there isn’t enough time to get 160th assets to where they need to be. Or maybe they don’t have the assets necessary for the mission. Could be lots of things.
