When Erik McCoy gets healthy I would really have to consider what that means for Luke Fortner. In my opinion, which might be in the minority, Fortner has earned a spot on the OL next year. Cesar Ruiz is a disgrace so maybe they leave Fortner at center and kick McCoy out to guard or vice versa. Maybe they want to move Fuaga inside and draft a RT. Luke Fortner has been a steal of a trade and even though he’s a free agent, he could probably be had for a very team friendly deal.

As much as I love McCoy, you can’t count on him to be healthy. It may be better to POSSIBLY get a 4th for him and keep Fortner at C. Get 2 Gs in the offseason……AT LEAST 1 in FA

It’s not hard to be better than Ruiz.
No way they move McCoy to guard. He’s our center.
My biggest fear is we run but Ruiz again next year. Kinda like Peat. We all know he needed to go, but kept running him out there every year.

Pretty sure he will be back. Very little benefit on the cap if we cut him after this year.
