DC and Miami are also possibilities for this trial.

They're going to indict him in Doral, Florida. Bank on it. Everybody knows how flakey NY is.

I have no idea how any of that shite works. Wouldn't this judge have to agree to a change of venue?

I don't care how sharp he is for 92, he should not be presiding over a traffic court, much less one of the most high-profile cases in our country!

Meanwhile, the US run Venezuela will file charges against Maduro and his wife.

Question is: What prison do they want to stay in from now on, US or Venezuelan?

What are Vegas odds on that answer?

But h still shouldn’t be able to regain power. Which is the main thing IMO.

IF we can get a successful government running Venezuela. Maybe even have him charged there and return him to face justice in Venezuela without trying him here.

I don’t know but the indictment included 3 jurisdictions

quote:

Former President of Venezuela Nicolás Maduro Moros, Venezuela’s vice president for the economy, Venezuela’s Minister of Defense, and Venezuela’s Chief Supreme Court Justice are among those charged in New York City; Washington, DC; and Miami

I'll be the stand alone and say this guy will surprise everyone and go with Trump on this one.

Everyone wants to lip service but they know Maduro needs to go.

It really doesn’t matter if those idiots find him not guilty. By that time they will have had a new election in Venezuela. He would be free to go back, but I wouldn’t recommend. Likely will have charges waiting for him there. The wacko media may celebrate a not quilts, but it will really just be more proof how out of it NY has become.

Doesn't change the fact that he's a political dead man.

Yup. Just like his VP lady just realized, and why she is now saying she is going to work with Trump's team.

Gotta love how Trump has shown the world out truck nuts, and not fake lines in the sand like Democrats tend to do.

They were saying on CNN that the two options for venue included where the crime occurred and the location where the foreign national first arrives in the US (which is why they flew him straight to NY).

The judge will dismiss the charges and order his immediate release and return to Venezuela. He will find that the capture was illegal and unconstitutional and order Bondi to justify it. We all know how this will go.

Just a reminder he was assigned this case in 2020.

Kind of throws the democrats arguments out the window.
