No, we have a gym at the office and it was the same folks as usual. Haven't been to the YMCA yet but it's usually pretty dead at lunch regardless of what time of the year it is.

I’m at a planet fitness. Only noticed more jerking off in the bathrooms by someone with 3 nose piercings who is not a member but caught someone with a shadow of a15” pecker pulling pud. I’m sure it was real.

I always go out of my way to encourage them and make them feel welcome, but sadly most people just don’t want it bad enough to make these habits a lifestyle choice.
I ask most of them to answer two questions to themselves: How bad do you want it? What are you willing to give up?
Life is nothing more than a series of trade offs. Everyone is trying to find the right balance that will make them content. I wish them all the best.

Less crowded than in previous years. I usually take the first week or two off but no need if things stay as they were today.

They probably switched gyms and when asked why, they respond about some weird rando walking up to them asking them questions like a motivational speaker.
