- Would be a MASSIVE splash on defense, seeing as we haven’t supplemented our pass rush or LB core yet.

Qua is a rush OLB versus coverage/regular OLB is my understanding but I could be wrong

The poster I quoted said Kiffin was hard pressed on spending big bucks on pass rushers. That's fine if Baker is urging him to do so, in my opinion. I'm not looking to argue.

I guarantee Russaw would give LSU more production than what Pyburn gave. He was arguably the best LB on Bama's team in 2024. He got injured and never got his starting spot back after Pierre took off with it.
Russaw would be a big upgrade to this defense. I would love to see him inside with Weeks.
